Challenge: To rebrand PrintWorks to make it legible and connects with customers creating brand loyalty and brand advocates.
Role: Lead designer. I took all designs and signs from concept to completion. I designed a new logo using the history of Lapel as a railroad town as my inspiration. I wanted the logo to be rustic and different than all the stereotypical print shop logos I’d seen. I branded the shop as eco-friendly, using and supporting companies that employed environmentally safe products and practices, and I designed, printed and installed all new signs.
Results: Customers loved the changes and the print shop had more foot traffic than it had ever before. For the first time, it was able to generate online sales, and with SEO generated engagements and return customers.
